What is the purpose of a Meetig Procedure?
Meetings must be the collective intellect tool for the continuous improvement of the company. There the problems are stated and described. There are reported collectively in detail. We are
calling meetings to formulate the actions that will solve them. That is the Procedures or Projects. Precisely, the Activities and their Resources. We are calling subsequent Meetings to improve the
performance of the Activities, by setting Targets and their Owners.
The meetings mentioned above provide the knowledge material for the automation of the company's operations. Meetings must have as a product a methodology realized in the field, at the
company's workplaces.
When is applied a Meeting Procedure?
