What is the purpose of an Assignment and Follow-up Procedure?
Do not let whatever stays in your mind stay there. Assign it to one or more of your Associates and then wait to read about their opinions, findings, or actions. If you are not satisfied with the
results, clarify your requests more and ask each one repeatedly. You have to terminate your assignment and follow-up requests when all actions reach the requested result. Your Associates
cannot see the actions and opinions of others, but they can see the other participants.
When is applied an Assignment and Follow-up Procedure?
- Every time there is a need to assign a single task to an Associate or a group of Associates. But, you want until they achieve a final result to check for their actions or answers.
