What is the purpose of a Chatting Procedure?
The in-company time of Associates contains value only when the Activities that perform the Associates are the correct ones. If we wonder about the meaning of values that we have to fill into a
form or the meaning of a text we read and is needed to proceed with our work, then there is no need to delay to call a chatting. Usually starts as a sub-Activity of the Activity that we perform at the
time. Thus, if we have doubts about the path to follow, we ask by chatting with our Associates to clarify things. Maybe later, a recurring call for chatting in a specific Activity area leads the
procedure to be refined and improved. So, an un-systematic call for chatting can, later on, lead to a change and improvement of the procedure by adding (or removing) information to it. This last
one increases the productivity of the company finally.
When is applied a Chatting Procedure?
