Tutorial : How the User (Associate) works?
Everything the User has to work during the day, Mykosmos lists it as some Tasks.
From the completion of forms with data to the reading of offers and approving purchases.
Everything is in his form with his Tasks.
This is tha Tasks form.
Tasks are assigned to him by the system.
Tasks in bold ae not opened by the User yet.
The assignment is due to his Role (or Roles) in the Company.
For example, "Sales Support" or "R & D Manager".
Tasks can also be assigned "by the name" directly to him,
for example, for Tasks that he assigns to himself to self-organize his duties.
Also, Mykosmos places Tasks to his terminal because they are part of a large number of Tasks.
That large number of Tasks we call Procedure (Process).
Understanding the User of how a Task has reached his terminal, he can see the History of the Task.
You can see the history of the selected Task
You can see how this process has reach to your terminal!
The Task is the last one in he list.
You can see that the previous four (4) Tasks are already finished (Closed),
and the Users (Associates) that complete them and their Roles.
The User completes his Tasks, and then the Tasks are marked as finished (Closed), or they disappear from his list of Tasks.
But why bother us
to implement Procedures
in a Company where everyone knows what to do?
Why change our work habits
in a Company where our Associates are well trained and experienced?
We have to examine and answer that!
