ERP Management System

Sales Processes or Legasy Sales

Sales can be managed in two ways. Either we can select from the menu the sales data-form, complete it with data and post it to the database. That is the traditional way. Another way is to let the Sales Procedure govern the flow of the actual real-time events that are taking place in the business world, i.e., placing an order, approving the sale, preparing the products, informing the cashier for any required advances, etc. You can have as many Sales Procedures as you need and they are fully reprogrammable. That way your company becomes a real-time-enterprise.

Purchases Processes or Legasy Purchases

Purchases also can be managed in two ways. Either we can select from the menu the purchases data-form, complete it with data and post it to the database. That is the traditional way. Another way is to let the Purchase Procedure govern the flow of the actual real-time events that are taking place in the business world, i.e., placing an order, approving the purchase, informing the cashier for any required advances, receiving the products, etc. You can have as many Purchases Procedures as you need and they are fully reprogrammable. That way your company becomes a real-time-enterprise.

Sales Receipts and Purchase Payments

Sales Receipts and Purchase Payments can be managed using the traditional method of putting the necessary data into their respective data-forms when the time comes. The BPM way of managing receipts and payments is to place them as a part of the respective sale or purchase procedure. This way no payment is never forgotten and future payments can produce the cash flow report for all pending transactions. Is very essential the ability to store future incomes or expenses as budgeting transactions. When the time comes to complete the transaction, the operator only has to uncheck the budget flag of the transaction.

Go to Automated General Accounting

The final activity of nearly every business process is the storage of the respective accounting transaction into the general ledger. General Accounting is the system where finalizes its path every effort of the company's associates. We must never forget that every effort must be translated, finally, in money. The final outcome is the net result of inflows and outflows. It is advisable for the company administration to embed every accounting transaction into the flow of the processes that automate everyday company life. Sales and Purchases do that. The fantasy and determination of business administration can lead all of the general accounting transactions into their respective processes. Mykosmos can support that.
