Business-oriented Chatting that makes sense

We are talking here about chatting that is a part of everyday life into the Company. Chatting that helps Associates to clarify some aspects of the job that they undertake. Mykosmos Chatting is embedded in every procedure. Any Associate can start an independent chat as a separate process. Set a subject and invite any of the Associates or Roles is required. The chatting process can start over other processes' Activity as a subprocess.

Closing the Chatting Closes the process

After the exchange of opinions, knowledge, and some data, the initiator of the Chatting, can Close the Chatting process. In case the Chatting has started as a subprocess of an Activity, then the Chatting has to be Closed in order the containing Activity can be forwarded. Naturally, all of the chattings are stored for backward reference.

Improve your Company by Correcting any systematic delays

The implementation of the Chatting procedure can leave some lessons in our Company. The Chief Process Officer (or the Quality Manager) has to recognize any systematic causes that provoke chattings to start. The CPO can start a Corrective and Preventive Actions procedure to ask for improvement proposals, i.e., more data input in the early Activities (stages) of processes to clarify some aspects and eliminate some of the systematic chattings.

Make Chatting provide Metrics

The automation of the Chatting process allows for collecting some essential Metrics about lost time related to missing initial data in all operations. For example, the existence of Chatting categorization can help with that. For those Metrics, we can later put target values and assign them to the appropriate Roles of the Company. Those targeted Metrics can then participate in the Company Objectives Metrics, particularly in the Processes Excellence section. Finally, through the Company Objectives, can join the final Balanced Scorecard and show their influence in the Company's excellence in the industry that participates.
