What is about AutoServices?

This application demonstrates an agent that coordinates the following business procedure for a car service business:

"Every employee can take calls from customers in order to arrange a service appointment. The customer gives a name and the car number and model. A date and time are provided from our employee. The customer arrives at the facility's gate at the specified date and time. The gate personnel gives him the permission to enter. The customer goes to Chief Mechanic. Here the Chief Mechanic defines who is going to disassemble the car's engine, what are the required parts and  who is the Reassembling Mechanic. After that the Disassembling Mechanic work's on the car while at the same time the personnel on the warehouse collect's the required parts. After both of the tasks are finished the Reassembling Mechanic starts to put the parts and reassemble. While the technical personnel takes care of the customer's car he can have a coffee at the facility's cafeteria.  After the customer finishes his/her coffee and also the car is serviced the customer goes to office in order to pay and have a goodbye"

What is about AutoAppointments?

This application demonstrates an agent that coordinates the following business procedure for a therapy facility:

"Every employee can take calls from customers in order to close a therapy appointment. The customer gives a name. A date and time are provided from our employee and the name of our therapist that would assigned the task. The customer arrives at the facility's reception at the specified date and time. The secretary welcomes him/her and then calls the hostess to lead the customer to the specified therapist. The therapist gives the customer the necessary treatment and then calls the hostess to lead the customer to the reception again. The customer pays and have a goodbye."

What is about AutoOrders?

This application demonstrates an agent that coordinates the following business procedure for a tailor's made firm:

"Every employee can put "orders" from customers. The "order" contains the customer's name and a number of products, that are only tailor made and not ready on the selves. The construction of goods starts (all at the same time) but its obvious that are completed at different times. As soon as the last good constructed the "order" is packaged and shipped to the customer."

What is about AutoTasks?

This application demonstrates an agent that coordinates the following business procedure:

"Every employee can put a "task" to another employee (by name) or to a role. The "task" contains a title, possibly a final date, name of employee or role to assigned-to and a description. The assignee works on the "task" (by writing more notes on the available memo). After finishing the "task" returns to the assigner. The assigner can accept the "task" as competed (and put it in a finished state). Otherwise returns the "task" to the same assignee or to another. The cycle continues until the "task" put in a finished state."
